Porcetta
The menu this year included Ang's mushroom torte, Bernice's green beans, Ang's Mom's eggplant parmesean
and stuffing. Every thing was great, but lacked, I don't know - meat? Angela spotted this pork roast on Christmas Eve
so we decided to get it and to make more room in the oven, we cooked it on the barbecue. It turned out great,
and for me, BBQ on Christmas Day, was a dream come true! It is good to be 'Man'! 'Man' cook with fire!
